RWS RONIN GmbH operates in security services, where the real work happens in the field — shifts, sites and staff, not spreadsheets. Their operations were running, but the digital side hadn’t caught up with how the business actually works day to day.
Employee schedules, documents and day-to-day coordination lived in separate places. Useful information existed, but it wasn’t connected — and every disconnect meant more manual work for the team.
Before writing a line of code, we looked at how security operations actually run: how shifts get planned, how documents move, and where staff and management need the same information at the same time. The brief wasn’t “build a website” — it was “make the operational side of the business work as one system.”
We built a web application that brings employee management, scheduling, documents and day-to-day operations into one connected workflow — automated where it matters, hosted and maintained by YunikaOne, and built to be used, not just looked at.
