AfroShop Afrika-Afrika is an African supermarket in Frankfurt, serving a community that speaks both German and English.
Customers needed an easy way to see what the shop offers and get in touch directly — without downloading an app or creating an account just to ask a question.
We looked at how people actually shop locally: they want to see the products, then reach a real person fast. So instead of a checkout-style webshop, we focused on making the shop itself easy to discover and easy to contact.
We built a bilingual website that showcases the shop and its products in German and English, with instant WhatsApp contact built directly into the experience — no separate app, no account.
